The 770 RUNWAY Story

770 RUNWAY was first established in 2014, by its C.E.O and founder, Laura Abecassis, who wanted to offer a one-stop online shop of modest designer clothing. 

The idea was to collaborate with Montreal and new emerging designers from around the world to create fashionable clothing for women who want to dress modestly. 

Although not a designer herself, Laura decided to create her own designs to provide women like herself the essentials needed in a modest closet.  The clothing line included everyday polo dresses, jean skirts, shirts, blouses, fancy skirts, cocktail dresses, and swim dresses.  

The collection was well received by the Montreal Jewish community, but what was unique of the brand was the swim dress collection. It was a much needed product and the design and fabric was like no other brand.

Since then, the swimwear collection became what the company is known for, and today the bathing suits are the main focus of the 770 RUNWAY brand.
